Friday...June 7th...171 days left...55 days until Gamecock Football

Goal Weight by next Friday = 200lbs


I am just starting this journey and I hope to see it to completion.  I want to have bigger arms, defined chest and I want to see abs.  I have let my self go in the last few years and it is time to turn this boat around. 

Today was the first day of the Spartacus Workout and I did the following:

Goblet Squat (25lb dumbbell)

Mountain Climbers

Single-Arm Dumbbell Swing (15lb)

"T" Push-Up (no weight)

Split Jump

Dumbbell Row (15lb)

Dumbbell Side Lunge and Touch (15lb)

Push-Up Position Row (no weight)

Dumbbell Lunge and Rotation (15lb)

Dumbbell Push-Press (15lb)

Each excercise was done in 60 second circuit with 15 second break in between.  I did 3 full rotation.  My warm-up and cooldown was 10-minutes on the treadmill.
